Croudace Homes is excited to share our proposal for a vibrant new community at Hall Road, Rochford. This development aims to deliver up to 300 homes, including 50% affordable housing, alongside extensive green spaces, play areas, and sustainable drainage systems.
We intend to submit an Outline Planning Application to Rochford Council in early 2025, and we are eager to hear the thoughts and feedback of local residents and stakeholders.
