Local Election Results 2024

Cherwell District Council

Following the elections on Thursday 2 May 2024, Cherwell Council remains with no party in overall control.

The Liberal Democrats have secured victories in seven wards previously held by the Conservatives. With a total of 17 seats, they now stand as the largest party within the council.

Labour and the Greens gained one each while the Conservatives lost nine.
