The Stables, St Ippolyts

The house is located within the Green Belt in the village and had a complex and extensive planning history. significant amounts of unregulated development had taken place historically which the new owners sought to regularise.

Engaging closely with the Council and overcoming their concerns in relation to development footprint and impacts upon the openness of the Green Belt, permission was secured for a first-floor side extension, single storey front extension and two rear rooflights to main house together with a linked single and one and a half storey side extension following demolition of existing extensions and car port. 

We look forward to seeing the scheme once it has been completed!
