The Crown is a Grade II Listed Building located at the north edge of the Twickenham Conservation Area. Although a protected late eighteenth century structure and important local facility, given the current climate and market for public housing, this stood vacant in 2012 and subject to an increasing trend of decay. Proposals again constituted a conservation-led scheme entailing repair, refurbishment and restoration to its original use as a public house.
Listed Building Consent was granted in November 2012.
