The site is an allocation in the Maidstone Local Plan which was adopted in October 2017.
Following submission of the full application, we worked with Maidstone Council to secure a favourable determination and executed s106 in July 2018.
Current instructions include submitted and negotiations condition discharge submissions.
Construction has commenced and houses are being occupied. Ongoing Instruction.
