Following the grant of outline planning permission in May 2018, we worked with the client’s project and design team to work up a 295 dwelling reserved matters planning application.

Planning Permission Granted. Development Commenced.
After extensive pre-application discussions with predominantly planning, design and highways officers, a reserved matters submission was made on 28th February 2019. After a series of informal and formal predominantly design focussed meetings, the application was approved under delegated powers on 5th November 2019.
Development Commenced.
