Urbanissta engaged closely with planning officers and the project architect during pre-application and during the various application submissions to create a modern development inspired by the Silver End garden village.
S73 approaval was secured in September 2017 and Reserved Matters were secured on 28th December 2017.
Keepmoat are currently constructing the site.
