The redevelopment included the single storey rear extension to semi-basement flat, partial excavation of garden area, alteration to openings and addition of two windows to side elevation, which had previously been refused at appeal.
After a detailed planning history and local contextual study of the local area, St Albans Council granted planning permission on 12th July 2017.
