Commercial and planning negoritcaion were progressed with Suffolk County Council, Redrow and Babergh Council to progress this signifncay Sustainable Urban Extension on the northern edges of Sudbury Town in Suffolk.
Proposals include undertaking commercial negotiations as well as progressing detasil for the Environmental Assessment process and Outline planning application of the development of over 1,000 dwellings, executive commercial areas and ancillary retail and Public open space uses.
